Applicable checks include identity verification; QTS/QTLS and qualification verification; Enhanced DBS and Children’s Barred List checks; Right to Work; employment history and gaps; professional references; online/social-media screening; and overseas police checks where required.
Allegations & concerns
Concerns are recorded and escalated to the school DSL, LADO, Police, TRA or DBS where applicable and statutory thresholds are met.
